    4. If you are opt to Subject/Class/Extra Curricular/Other Tuition’s After a demo confirmation you need to pay 40% of fee within 24 hours.
    5. Personal reasons like getting a job elsewhere or moving to another place will not be entertained. However, we have presence all over India and you can use your credits in any city of your choice.
    6. Our aim is to give you atleast one confirmed tuition for Rs 750. Many tutors get more than 1 confirmed tuitions by prompt demos and show casing their teaching skills during demo classes. If you got a confirmed tuition then you are not eligible for refund.
    7. If the Tutor stopped his/her classes due to any reason, we provide/replace another tutor within 7 day’s, Otherwise your amount will be refunded as you are eligible. For Example, You Opted A plan – A of Fee Rs. 5000, You Paid 40% Of Fee i.e Rs. 2000 in advance, Tutor stopped after 7 day’s of Teaching, We unable replace the tutor, after deduction of 7 Day’s fee and Taxes, Admission fee of Rs. 99 Deducted and remaining amount refunded i.e  approx Rs. 620* will be refunded.
    8. No refund provided for Tutorial services, can opt replacement of tutorial’s
    9. No Refund Provided in Any case those who has Opt our Subscriptions Such as Premium, Silver & Regular Subscriptions.

    Kindly read the terms and conditions of ‘Teach24.in’ to avoid misunderstanding or a needlessly unpleasant scenario, at any later stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us. It is to be done at the onset of the professional relationship. It is in everybody’s interest and vitally important for the tutor and the student / parent.

      1. By registering on our website as Student/Tutor you agree to these terms and conditions
      2. There is no seperate registration charge for free membership of students and tutors. The premium membership packages needs to be purchased.We do have a 30 day money back guarantee for all our premium plans, please see our refund and cancellation policy for details.
      3. The website teach24.in has been established to allow students to contact Tutors as well as Tutors to contact Students to view their profiles.
      4. Please provide valid mobile number and personal email at the time of registration. We want our users to interact with genuine persons with valid contact details, fake profiles lead to cancellation of membership without any notice.
      5. If you avail service from our customer service executives for finding a tutor or finding a student then you need to pay us Rs 635 plus taxes for our service (Rs 750).
      6. Any profile created showing irrelevant, illegal and such content like porn is strictly prohibited.
      7. We reserve the right to deny students/tutors the permission to enter our site if our terms & conditions are not followed.
      8. Students with free membership can contact tutors through messaging feature in our site and should wait until the tutor responds
      9. Tutors with free membership can contact students who posted the tuition through messaging feature in our site but should wait until the student responds.
      10. Students with premium membership can see details of the tutors they like immediately. However, there is a limit of 5 full profile views per month.
      11. Tutors with premium membership can see details of students who posted the tuitions immediately. However, there is a limit of 5 full profile views per month.
      12. Students/Parents acknowledge that it is his/her responsibility to verify the credentials and qualifications of any Tutor while entering into tuition contract.
      13. A Tutor acknowledges that he is not an employee of teach24.in and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable in relation to any fees generated from a tuition contract. We do not issue any experience certificate to our registered members.
      14. Members acknowledge that teach24.in is not liable for direct indirect consequential or any other form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
      15. Teach24.in does not guarantee to secure a Tutor for a Student or fix-up any tuition fees on behalf of any tutor or student.
      16. Teach24.in reserves the right to revise subscription charges without any prior notification.
      17. The management of teach24.in reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification
      18. teach24.in is not responsible for any misbehavior of Tutors on Students or Students on Tutors. Both students and tutors, especially female students/tutors are advised to ensure safety before entering the tutoring contract with the other party. teach24.in is not liable for loss of any kind whatsoever.
      19. The foregoing are subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts in Hyderabad, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this site. Please proceed only if you accept all the conditions enumerated herein above, out of your free will and consent.

    Teach24.in serves as a platform to connect students and tutors. If you enter into any tuition contracts or whatsoever with other members of teach24.in then such activity is solely between you and that third party. We shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such activity. You hereby agree to release teach24.in from all claims arising from such activity.

    Limitation of Liability

    THE SITE, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL TEACH24.IN, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

    TEACH24.IN MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, CONTENT OR SERVICES.
